EuroShop RetailDesign Award
Since 2008, the EuroShop RetailDesign Award has been conferred annually on the three best store concepts worldwide. In 2022 the award got a new look: Starting immediately, applicants have the chance to be honoured in one of the following five categories: Food, Fashion & Lifestyle, Digital, Hospitality and Sustainability. There is one winner per category. The perfect mix of shop architecture, colours, materials, lighting and visual merchandising, enabling the range’s message and the target group to be clearly identified, continues to be crucial to the jury’s decision with respect to the newly introduced categories.

The Chinese retail industry has its very own characteristics, patterns and strengths in store design. This is why Messe Düsseldorf Shanghai launched the ERDA China last year, which is tailored precisely to the needs of Chinese retail and is awarded by a purely Chinese jury of experts.
